It is our highest goal for you to have a wonderful and memorable experience along every step of our journey together, from the first email exchange to the last goodbye hug.
We are a small and independent business that puts a lot of energy and love into making these retreats become reality and this is why we are not able to provide any full refunds on reservation. Please read our terms and conditions carefully and contact us anytime if you have questions. Thank you so much for your understanding.
RESERVATION
In order to secure your spot on the adventure of a lifetime, we require the full amount payment. As soon as we receive your payment, your enrollment will be confirmed and you'll be all set to go. Just be sure to read and agree to our terms and conditions before you send in your payment we don't want any surprises.
CANCELLATION
Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that sometimes things come up that are beyond our control. That's why we want to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancellations and refunds. But just bear in mind that as the retreat date gets closer, it becomes harder and harder for us to fill any empty spots left by cancellations. And we don't want anyone to miss out on all the fun! So, with that in mind, we've come up with the following policy for refunds.
If you are unable to attend the retreat.
- If you need to cancel your reservation prior to four weeks before the start of the retreat, we will refund 50% of your payment.
- It is possible to credit the amount already paid as a voucher for a retreat in the future.
- If you need to cancel your reservation within four weeks of the start of the retreat, we will not be able to provide any refunds.
IN CASE WE HAVE TO CANCEL THE RETREAT
In case we are not able to host the retreat we will provide a full refund on all payments.
Please note that we are not able to cover any personal expenses such as travel expenses, visa costs, work related losses, etc.
INSURANCE
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen that can be beyond your control.
We recommend that you purchase a travel cancellation insurance to cover any possible loss. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all of the cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
