How you prepare the Cacao

Preparing 1 Serving of Cacao:
Heat about 200 ml of water or plant-based milk (do not boil).
Add 20–40 grams of ceremonial cacao and the Bliss spice blend.
Stir or blend until a creamy consistency is achieved.

Optional:
Sweeten to taste with (for example) agave, dates, or honey.

Light the Palo Santo, let it burn briefly, and spread the fragrant smoke around the room. Take a deep breath, let go, and arrive fully in the moment.
